The Teacher-Mother Connection: Lessons from Preschool and Parenthood (feat. Lindsey Clark)
When we think back on our childhoods, many of us have our first memories from around the preschool age. Preschool teachers are some of the first non-family adults who love us and help us interact with the world. What can parents learn from the way preschool teachers interact with children, how do you find the balance between the teacher-self and the mother-self, and why do Disney movies mean so much? This week I’m joined by guest Lindsey Bills, a preschool teacher, to talk about all this and more.
Lindsey Clark is a mom and early childhood educator in American Fork, UT with her husband and two children. She runs her own preschool, Miss Lindsey's Preschool, and helps children explore their world every day. While life is busy and chaotic as a working mom of two kids under two, she tries to find time for her interests and moments of joy and creativity. You can find out more about her preschool at misslindseyspreschool.com.

Lindsey owns and runs Miss Lindsey’s Preschool. She is a phenomenal teacher and mother (though she is too humble to say it— I will brag for her!).
